What is the other part of the magneto called on a Yamaha Blaster?

Okay, so I just bought a yamaha blaster from a buddy of mine. He said that he replaced the magneto but he decided not to get the other little metal thing. He thought the one he had would work. He was wrong.

I need to know what that little metal piece is called. Does anyone have an idea?
