Mine is an ancient red plastic hook remover that I found on the shore of Lake Havasu when I was probably 5 or 6. It's the one everyone has seen before, but it's stamped "MADE IN JAPAN" (for you youngsters -- cheap stuff used to be made in Japan, not China or Bangledesh). The shaft-handle part is bent and twisted because it had sat on some rocks for who knows how long before I found it. It gets really hot down there at Havasu. It's got to be 50 years old and still works well on bass and other sunfish.
I also have a really old rubberized canvas creel that my grandpa used when he was a kid. That might be as old as 75 years old, since my grandpa passed away in his 70s about 10 years ago. Still works great. My boys use it every summer.
