A crankshaft position sensor is stuck in the engine and I was curious as to whether or not it is possible to get to the hole it is located by taking off any items through the bottom of the car. For example,my dad says that usually the sensor is near the crankshaft and that is usually located in the oil pan. In this sense, he was wondering if we took off the oil pan if we would be able to get to the hole the sensor is stuck in.
