What is the net movement for these polar molecules?

AsH3 and H2O2.
Which direction are they moving to (or being pulled towards) ? I want to know their net vector movement
Is AsH3 a polar molecule just because the shape is nonsymmetrical?

I don't understand why AsH3 is polar since As and H all has the same electronegativity
