Maybe a group of 4 friends grow up in a small town. There labeled this name and the one main character had blond hair. There's a college group of rich kids who mess with them. One of the kid pretends to be french for this girl. Another is a little older and is like the muscle guy. They try to compete in a big bike racing contest and at one point the best racer tapes his feet to the pedals. Its like a 70's or 80's movie I just love the movie but I cant remember the name..
