There are a few different episodes of these cartoons that I have seen so far. I'm assuming they are from the 1940s and I'm 99% sure they are MGM cartoons. All the ones I've seen are narrated by a man who they never show. One episode in particular was advertising different television sets that were ridiculous and another was a tour at zoo showing strange animals and sorts of things like that. I've also only seen the shows play on the channel Boomerang.
