This has been bugging me for a while...
I read this book last year for school, it's about a boy who goes to a boarding school. Eventulay (I forget why), he ends up knocking his friend off a tree which breaks his leg. The main character feels guilty, and says it was an accident. In the end, his friend betrays him and says that this other boy that witnessed the 'accident' was at the school, and they could ask if he could tell what he saw. He said that he saw the event like it was a train, one of the boys bent down, and then the other one fell, like the wheels of a train.
Later, the guys friend dies and the main character didn't cry at the funeral saying 'You don't cry at your own funeral'.
I won't be able to sleep tonight until I know the book name >.<
