There's a cartoon that used to air in the 2000's but i can't remember the name of it. It was about a family who moved from their surburban home to a scary Translyvanian town, the villain had purple skin, black hair tied back in a ponytail, wore a purple pinstriped suit and frowned a lot but smiled at other people's misfortunes. Can anyone tell me the name of this cartoon?
