I'm not talking about restaurant.com but for chain restaurants like Elephant Bar, Chili's, Red Lobster where if you purchase a $25 gift card, you only pay $20 per card. Ebay has some deals but usually after everyone bids, you end up paying the entire amount plus shipping sometimes. I know there's a website but I forgot which one. Anyone?
