...as horse to talk with horse? It is a movie about a horse track that depends on a horse winning the race. Some "hoodlums" mess with the horse. Well, a deceased relative of the horse track owner is in heaven and ask an arch angel if something can be done. It is decided to send the relative back to earth and another angel (female) who happens to be a distant relative of the horse. So, she returns to earth as a horse. A memorable scene is when the female angel, now a horse, is trying to catch a bus to the track, she starts to run and catches up with the bus at high speed.
