JIT crap, looks like it didn't work for them either did it. TO prevent stocking part so they would not have to spend money doing so. However they decided to spend more on jets and luxury stay hotels when going to meetings, or even getting away to play golf for the weekend taking the nice trips across the country on jets that cost roughly 30,000 a one way trip to run.
