...when walking. Any stretches? This muscle has been bothering me when I walk long distances (like on vacation when we tour around by foot and don't use a car) or when I go on walks with my friends. It's been doing this for about 4 years now every holiday (and occasionally other times through the year). It's right in the middle of my foot, under the arched part of it, and it feels like a nail is stabbing my foot every time I take a step (it starts to happen 30 minutes into the walk). What muscle could this be? I can feel it when I flex my toes up, and it feels pretty big- maybe it's not a muscle? It could be a tendon or something too...
And what stretches should I do for that muscle to make it feel better when it gets those sharp pains?
Thank you!
