...shimmer? "Ex. Do you Lilac it"- OPI? ive been becoming very interested in nail polishes that does not have shimmer and glitter, just a plain nail polish color.
some said that its called "satin" nail polish, but there's not that much that appears on the internet. some said its "matte" but i really think it should be called "suede"..cuz it has not reflection. which i hate, cuz they remind me of chalkboards.
