montage, pastiche)? I really want to know... not sure if there is even a name for it
but for ex: a picture of julia roberts' face formed by many other faces of celebrities (African-American ppl for the darker shades of her face-hair, white ppl for lighter shades of her face-skin, etc.) THANKS!
