I heard that calculating you rate is the most effective way to burn fat. And that by using a special formula with shows you some ranges of you heart rate, the most effective way to burn fat is by keeping my heart rate through this ranges. But i don't know what the formula is, can anyone help me.?
Also i heard that you need a minimum amount of minutes doing cardio to burn fat the most effectively, but i don't how much that is either.
