The model in particular I'm trying to find information about--my friend suggested it, but I have no clue if it's any good, so I want do as much research as possible beforehand. He said, and I quote:

(I'm going to guess it's a bit of an older model, but, bonus points to anyone who can provide me with the model number, and tell me what kind of wireless it supports. You know, a/b/g/n, etc. I'm nub to wireless.)
