What is the 'Michael Jordan' of Car Audio?

I will be buying a '79-'93 Ford Mustang soon, or possibly a Dodge Ram, or Chevy Tahoe...
But probably my favorite, The Mustang. I just want to put something in my car that will blow everything away (but of course still be able to hear the music). What could that be? Could you point me in the direction of some brands and items they carry? And yeah, I know the sizes of the audio equipment will differ because of the size of the Mustang trunks vs Ram, and Tahoe trunks are different.But put yourself in my position and say, If I had a Mustang...I would buy, then If I had a Dodge Ram, I would buy....then Tahoe.
