Internal Conflicts - Woody struggles with the idea of being replaced with Buzz. When Buzz goes MIA because of Woody, woody has to choose to follow him or go home. He conflicts with the idea of doing whats right (going after buzz) and doing whats easy (staying in the car)

External Conflicts - The old eternal battle of good vs evil, Woody and Buzz must overcome, with each other's help, the hardships of returning home, defeating Sid and saving the toys.
