A lot of unnecessary information in this question. If the Jeep is traveling 10 m/s around a curve of radius R, then the acceleration is just the centripetal acceleration

a = v^2 / R

Newton's Second Law states the F(net) = m a, so the friction force F(f) is

F(f) = m v^2 / R
