After looking at the various responses to this question that have been posted I've seen the following:
The L.A. Lakers - NBA
Boston Celtics - NBA
New York Yankees - MLB
Edmonton Oilers - NHL
Montreal Canadiens - NHL
New England Patriots - NFL
San Fransisco 49ers - NFL
Of these I'd have to say the Yankees at 26 World Series Titles until I came across this really good New York Times Article, I encourage people to read it:
http://www.nytimes.com/2009/02/25/sports/othersports/25swim.html?_r=2&scp=1&sq=kenyon&st=cse
I think even the Yankees have been trumped by Kenyon College in Swimming and Diving: 29 consecutive national men’s team championships and 22 overall women’s crowns in his 33 years totaling 47 NCAA Div. III titles.
The banners behind the lights in the upper center of the photograph stretch across the entire 50 meter length of the pool, each one is an NCAA Title.
