What is the legal adult to child ratio for a day camp in California?

Does this change if there are young adult helpers who are CPR/First Aid certified? (These helpers would be between the ages of 14 and 18.)
I know that minors don't count as adults, but I wondered if it would change the ratio. Would less adults be required if trained teenagers helped out?
