What is the least credible movie review critic?

Like what critics from whatever televiosn shows or newspapers seem like they are being payed to give good reviews for awful, terrible movies?
 
I don't go by the critic, I go by the venue. For instance, on 'Entertainment News' channels, all you get are happy, good reviews. Leonard Maltin for instance. His reviews are not really reviews at all, they're paid ads. As with any movie review you see on the Disney Channel (the clue is that they only talk about Disney movies, and they always LOVE them).

The best movie critic ever is Roger Ebert. But even Ebert likes some kinds of movies better than others.
