I was charged with a violation about 8 months ago. Now I am currently awaiting two trial dates for the charges of transportation of alcohol and possession of alcohol. I was also just charged with a class A misdemeanor for theft. I know in NH you can annul criminal records after differing amounts of time but am not completely sure on the details. It says for a violation you have to wait a year but it also says you cannot be convicted of a crime during this time. Can I have any maybe all of these potentially erased?
What is the law in New Hampshire for annulling a criminal record?
