im 15 right now ( will be 16 in another 320 days lol ) and i was wondering if i could get my lip done , without parental consent at the age of 16, i no under 16 u need permission but can i do it in a studio without permission at 16. im thinking of getting it done in bournemouth ( scribe , or metal fatigue ) and i was wondering how old i hav 2 be and im getting a snake bite on my left side of my lip and mayb wen im older and got more cash get spider bite on the right idk yet.
