What is the latest version of the Flash player?

Im trying to watch this video called: "Inside the Nazi Party – an Overview of their Second World War (Part 1)" but I cant because it says "Please download the latest version of the Flash player to view content." So which one will I need so I will be able to watch it?

The latest Flash player I downloaded to my system is Adobe® Flash® Player 10.1 r102...
while you can get it for free from adobe website...
or can check your there whether you need to upgrade your flash or not???
