what is the latest date i can take the sat to make sure colleges see them?

i want to take the sat again because my score wasnt that great, but some colleges i am looking at recommend taking the sat II. do i have time to take both, like take one the next test date and then the other one the test date after that? I will be a senior this year. thanks for the help

as long as you take it at least six weeks prior to the application due date.
