I have an interview scheduled for asset management, but I'd just like to know a little more about the process from anyone who's either interviewed or worked/works for Academy. What are the interview questions like? How long did it take you to hear back on whether you were hired or not? Background check? Drug test? Do you need direct deposit to receive your paychecks? (I've heard rumor they do not issue paper checks) Just some basic questions. Thanks
