I have a 800 credit score and make 54,000 a year and have 6,000 to put down in two months.I am a little scare being that Maryland is such a high housing market you gotta spent at lease 175,000 for a decent home.I want to see 175up anyone think basic on exp if I could get it.I don't wanna disapoint my soon to be wife.She is already so sad that her credit got screw up by her family taking her social.
