What is the healthiest oil to cook with?

I've heard olive oil is pretty healthy, but only used for low heat cooking? What would be considered low heat and high heat? (i.e., can I cook scrambled eggs with it) Or is olive oil not used for cooking so much? What about baking? I know it's good to use with salads and stuff

I know it's been said canola oil is healthy, but I've heard conflicting things about this..

Canola oil is not healthy. Use Olive oil, extra light olive oil for high heat frying and the extra virgin for a sautee or a dressing. As far as for non stick, like for eggs, you can by the olive oil non stick spray.

I use olive oil for almost everything except baking. I use a non-stick pan for eggs so I don't use oil for that. Olive oil has great heart-healthy properties but in moderation. It, as all oils, are high in calories. I used extra virgin olive oil for salad and light olive oil for frying/sauteeing because it can tolerate higher temps without burning.
