what is the healthiest dining out choice you can make while on diet?

I go out with my friends a lot.
what is a healthy choice?
Sushi, chinese/korean food, fast-food restaurant.. i know eating outside is not healthy generally
but what is the lowest calorie and healthiest choice you can make? please don't say "salads," cuz i'm not going to be picking salads while my friends are having burgers and stuff
what is the healthiest fast-food place that you can recommended, besides Subway?
what is the healthiest choice? My friends normally go for sushi, pizza, ice cream/dessert.. vietnamese...sometimes pasta.. what is the best choice from here?
oh, and are mcflurries and desserts from dairy queen very bad? T_T i also sometimes drink bubble tea.. what about kernel's popcorn? gelato? oh my goodness.
generally, what are some low-calorie snacks/dining out choicse you can make when your outside?
 
You could cut out the things that make the menu items so high in calories and fat.... like sauces or condiments, cheese, etc, and that will lower the calories. Also if you have the choice of a side dish, dont go for the fries, get fruit or veggies or whatever. Try to skip the bread, (of if you're going for a burger or sandwich ask for wheat maybe).

The healthiest fast food place I'd recommend is Taco Bell... You can cut even more calories eating here by ordering things "fresco" style, and it gets rid of a good chunk of fat and calories, by replacing sauces and dairy with fiesta salsa which is tasty and healthy... chicken is also a healthier choice, instead of the beef.

I believe frozen yogurt is a better choice than regular ice cream.

no matter where you go, you can always just cut your portion size. Instead of eating a whole burger, eat half and save the other half for later. Eat one slice of pizza instead of 2 (I know, this is difficult!)
