What is the hardest part of marine corps boot camp?

I know the crucible is hard, but I did some research and grass week and shooting week look fun and easy. To me, the hardest thing looks like the obstacle course or the pugil sticks. I don't think I would mind the hiking(better than running). I know you have to carry a huge a$$ pack and everything though. What do you guys think?
and what is the crucible? just hiking? :)
 
I thought the hardest part was the 1st couple of weeks getting used to the routine and everything that comes along with it. Yes the crucible is extremely hard, but you are prepared for it and motivated to go through it by the time you get to it at the end of boot camp knowing that it's the final phase and you will become a Marine soon.
