I envision a sort GTA 4 / SIMS / NBA 2K8 mixture that allows you to be able to do almost anything inside of a BB game. (In other words, what the NBA: The Life series should be like...)
-Practice or scrimmage your own teammates.
-Add more small elements of the NBA experience (technicals, injured players on bench, towels and cups on court that move, shots of pregame interviews, crowd footage, etc.)
-Make franchise modes more relevant to the current season (talk about previous matchups with current opponents, create rivalries, talk about streaks, etc.)
-Fluctuate crowds according to record. roster, or opponent.
-Allow more interactivity within the actual game. (flagrant fouls, suspensions, hard fouls, arguments, scuffles, ejections, or trash talk could all be controlled by the user)
-Participate in film sessions that show clips from upcoming teams
-Show cutscenes of plane trips, hotel stays, team meals, etc...
-Attend shootarounds
-Explore stadiums, practice facilities, etc.
