How to set the float level on motorcycle carbs -
Remove the float bowl.
Attach a fuel supply and turn it on.
Lift the floats by hand.
The fuel should stop flowing when the float arm is parallel with the carb/float bowl mating surface.
Bend the metal tang of the floats that touches the needle, to adjust.
