this is including everything needed to be replaced/changed for the car to run i.e. custom engine mounts, gearbox, so on.
edit: yeah i know it wouldn't be too cheap, but i think if i was going to swap anything into it i'd go with the k20a. b16/18's are also good but i don't think they'd be much in comparison to the k.
