Does any reason that the person listening doesn't like automatically become a complaint? Does any situation that happens to be negative, when described as a reason for anther action, automatically become a complaint?
Don't complaints generally involve ego? Is there any such thing as an egoless complaint? Does simply a description of some events that led to an action to move become a complaint merely because the beholder wouldn't want to be in that situation?
