what is the easiest base to get stationed at in the army?

my husband and I have been here in ft sill,oklahoma for a year now and we hate it. He called branch and they said they can't move us until may 2010. I was wondering what is a base that is the easiest to get stationed at and if there is more than one please let me know all of them
