(as an angle between -180 degrees and 180 degrees, measured from the positive X axis with counterclockwise positive)?

Crate pulled;
71.6 N to right
111.9 N left
588.7 N up
243.2 N down

My real problem is I don't understand what the question is asking for, can someone please help?:)
