what is the difference from a someones culture to someone being co culture?

What does this mean hw?
co culture- a group within an encompassing culture with perceived identity............what does this mean ???....I know that a culture is based on traditions, beliefs, relIgion, clothing,food, ECT. so wouldn't this mean the same thing..please break it down ... no big words lol ..thanx
