...Xtreme? I have read excellent reviews on these but i don't know which one to choose from... I'd also like to know how well they work from people that actually have it. Please don't tell me to do crunches or sit ups cause I know I could but I honestly hate it and lose interest easily. I'm 20 years old, 5.7' and weigh 150 lbs... I don't really have much of a belly but I'd like to have a flat stomach... my eating habits aren't really bad and I'd like to know if I can get that flat stomach by eating right and using an ab lounge. Thanks!
