What is the difference between Sims 3 on the iPod Touch/iPhone and the PC Version?

I have been researching the differences, but I can't find any.

Are there really any differences, since the iPod one costs $9.99 while the PC one costs about $50?

Please help me by listing pros, cons, or just differences in general.
