"Global Warming" is tough to sell when the Earth is cooling.

By calling it "Climate Change" you're always right, since there is no such thing as a static climate.

Climate change is any LONG-TERM significant change in the “average weather” of a region or the earth as a whole. Average weather may include average temperature, precipitation and wind patterns.

Global warming is the increase in the average temperature of the Earth's near-surface air and oceans.

If this is supposed to be a research , you will need to do it.
Global warming is just what it says. The average of the temperatures throughout the world is increasing.
Climate change is not the same thing. For example , because the world is warmer now, ice may melt in some place, making it colder. You may feel more cold in a certain area , but globally we are more warm. There may be thunders associated, water levels may rise in some places due to melting ice, in other places, rivers may become dry, and the earth may be parched.
Now, for the research, you can just google them and find lots of information.
