What are the differences between Executive MBA & Masters of Business Administration???


On the site it shows up as:

Master of Business Administration
-Full-time 1-year MBA

Executive Programs
-Executive MBA | evening classes



I seriously don't know what the difference is.....
All I have is my highschool diploma.
Do i have to get a Masters b4 i apply for an Executive MBA or can i apply for an Executive MBA?
