...Electronics &Commuincation Engg(ECE)? I am interested in both electronic circuits and computer programming? What course should I take? If I take CSE, will I be learning about electronic circuits too? Lastly, can I take CSE as my undergraduate program-B.E. and do VLSI design in M.Tech? I'm interested in both hardware and software.
 
CSE will primarly teach about softwares etc. Through there may be a basic level electrical/ electronics engineering course which you may be taking in both streams.
