"creative director art"? Or are they all the same? A "creative director art" is listed as earning 20,000 more in my area than an art director.

Also, I am currently majoring in psych, but I really want to do one of the careers above in either advertising or publishing. I also work currently as a photographer, so I have that skill built up already. Should I change my major? What to? Or should I just double major?
