What is the difference between a "Custom Cab" and regular cab on a 1956 Ford F100?

Hey guys I am looking at buying a 1956 ford F100 Custom Cab. Just curious what is the difference between just a regular old f100 and a custom cab? Does it make it more valuable being a custom cab? Is it a cosmetic difference? If so what is it? Thanks
