What is the differance between toyota prado vx? and toyoto prado vx sports edition?

I went to see the 2009 models, I asked some1 there he talked about the body! There weren't much differences,,

I searched on the net but got nothing

so I thought maybe some1 here knows

What is the differance between:

2009 toyota land crusior prado vx
2009 toyota land crusior prado vx sports edition?

well, petrol is cheap where I live,
second, prado is actually a lexus GX470

but is sold where I live and at other parts of the world as prado, where it's sold as lexus in the US
