what is the cultivation law in ohio?

i was caught with a small closet set up, aeroponic, with 6 plants budding and 11 clones. The worst part is that it was in my apt and i have to children. i live in delaware county and im honestly terrified right now, and for good reason. i havent been in trouble in 10 years and i blew it with this. i was just wondering if anyone had input for me on how they handle these things. the case is still waiting to be sent to the grand jury. thank you
