What is the cost per line of PHP code?

I understand that it is difficult to estimate per line. If not per line, then what is 2000 lines worth? (division works)
 
Usually developers charge by the amount of time they spend on a project, not by how many lines of code it is. For instance, I have wrote over 100 lines of code under an hour before, but at the same time I've spend multiple hours trying to get 1 line of code correct.
