What is the correcet fuel mixture for a kawasaki kx 80 2002?

I have been fouling plugs left and right. They are coming out REALLY HOTTT. Black and drippy too. I'm hoping its only my fuel mixture.
 
Kawasaki recommends 32:1
Use quality oil, not chainsaw oil, or stuff from your local supermarket.
Check and clean the air cleaner - a dirty filter will run rich.
You can thin out the mixture to 40:1
If you still have a problem, engine work is required.
