it needs to be cheap and used (its half the original price) i want there to be a good camera, you don't have to have internet service, i want a full keyboard, it could record stuff, and it could be a touch screen. i want the phone to be around 100 dollars or so maybe to 120 dollars but that's the highest.

Why don't you check out ebay or your local Craigslist? From experience, I've found a lot of great deals from those sites. Here's some advice, if you do buy online, make sure you've done enough searching for the best price. Ask questions about the conditions, functions, and overall of the phone. Good luck.
